FAQ's & Session Information

We want everyone of all ages to be able to enjoy our facilities so have put together some information so that you can ensure you are booking the right session for yourself and your children too.

We always advise to pre book online, this guarantees your slot and saves time at reception

Please complete waivers for all those that are jumping, this can be done from your email confirmation or via the Waiver link on this site.

Minimum Age - Trampoline Sessions

For all trampoline sessions except dedicated TOTS or Family Sessions, the minimum age is 4 years old.

Children under 7 are not permitted to use the 2m airbag jump platform.

Grip Socks

We require everyone to wear trampoline grip socks on the arena.

You can buy these from us or you are welcome to bring your own as long as they have the grips the whole length of the sock

Jump & Combi Sessions

Available all day from 11am onwards, 7 days a week till close (please note we are closed Tuesday & Wednesday term time only)

Minimum age of 4 years for main Jump/Combi sessions. We highly recommend for safety reasons that an adult jumps with a 4 year old. Ages 5+ are fine to jump by themselves

For the safety of small children, no under 4’s are permitted on these sessions under any circumstances.

There is no maximum age as long as you are fit and healthy.

Tots Sessions

No min age as long as the child is walking well, up to a maximum age of 5 years. No older children allowed on this session. For the safety of everyone, no babies to be on court or on the sides of the trampolines. We require 1 adult for every 3 children jumping.

Our popular Tots sessions run every Monday,Thursday & Friday morning during term time between 10-11am.

Family Sessions

Our Family sessions run every Saturday & Sunday and every weekday during school holidays between 10-11am

It is a chance for all the family to jump together regardless of age. Suitable for tots who can walk up to Grandparents! No unaccompanied children, there must be atleast 1 adult with every 3 children jumping.

SEN Sessions

We hold SEN sessions on a regular basis, please contact your nearest park for details of our next sessions.

That Fun Place soft play centre

Our huge indoor soft play area is suitable for babies & children up to age 12 years, has something for all ages. We are open 10am to 6.00 PM every day. (Closed Tuesday & Wednesday term time)

If you book a That Fun Place session then it does not include the trampolines

Spectators are not permitted in the trampoline arena, unless during dedicated SEN or toddler sessions. You can watch from the gallery upstairs or buy yourself a ticket and join in the fun too.

We welcome anyone with special needs, and we ask you to contact the park before booking if you need a carers ticket too. Some busy sessions may not be suitable for people with special needs so we advise you to book a quieter time or call the park to check session details before booking.
